Our team

To this day, with Charles Danley as Production Manager, Ray Danley as Installation Coordinator, and with the assistance of several additional family members, we continue to operate as a family owned business.  Based upon our over 100 years of combined experience, we pride ourselves on producing the highest quality railings and architectural stainless steel products while maintaining our reputation for providing exceptional customer service and on-time deliveries utilizing our highly skilled and detail orientated staff .

How it all started

Architectural Metal Crafts, Inc. was originally founded in 1973 as Kitchen and Bars of Houston Mfg. Co., Inc. by Charles F. Danley Sr.  His vision to create a family owned business specializing in design, manufacturing, and installation of stainless steel restaurant fixtures became very popular in the mid 70's due to the care and quality in which we instilled into each and every fabricated item.

After providing our premium quality products and exceptional customer service within the Greater Houston Area for over 9 years, in 1983, we decided to expand our family business into a broader market and began manufacturing ornamental handrails and guard rails constructed of stainless steel, glass, brass, or bronze for commercial and high-end residential projects.  However, in remembrance of our beloved founder, we kept our original name for purchasing materials and began doing business as Architectural Metal Crafts, Inc.

Our services

Since our founding, in 1973, our product range has grown immensely.  From the finest ornamental railings, to simplest sheared part; no job is too small or too large.  We have the qualified staff to handle any size project and look forward to any future challenges.  Our capabilities of fabricating with any type of metal, standard or exotic, exceed that of most conventional shops within the Houston area.

In addition to our growth in producible products; to keep up with client demands and maintain our competitive edge, in July of 2013, we purchased new CNC water jet equipment.  As expected, the new equipment has already begun to decrease lead times and add yet another layer of quality to our, already, exceptional products.
